Scots to appoint environmental prosecutors

The Scottish Executive has announced that a network of specialist prosecutors will be created to bring environmental cases in the courts. The measures are likely to improve the chances of environmental crimes being successfully prosecuted, and narrow the differences between environmental justice north and south of the border.
