Environmental group Surfers Against Sewage has has turned its attention from sewage discharges to the issue of sludge disposal in the South West of England. The group has reviewed South West Water and Wessex Water's disposal practices and reports on a public consultation exercise which provides a rare independent insight into public opinion of the water industry.1
