Councils failing to buy recycled products

Less than 0.3% of local government spending knowingly involves recycled materials, according to a report by MORI for Government's Waste and Resources Action Programme.1 The report warns WRAP that only by getting the issue on the agenda of councillors and chief executives will it improve the picture.
