An industrial estate owner was fined £10,500 with £2,492 costs by Kidderminster magistrates on 8 April after it admitted six charges of permitting the disposal and storage of waste on its land. The charges were brought under section 33 (1) (a) and (b) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
