HP raises stakes in printer cartridge dispute

Printer cartridge giant Hewlett Packard has stepped up its campaign to persuade business customers and governments that recycling cartridges into other products is preferable to cartridge remanufacture. To compare the options, the company has published a life-cycle assessment (LCA), but remanufacturers say the study is skewed in HP's favour.
