Revised guidelines from energy regulator Ofgem on the supply of renewable electricity raise more questions than answers.1 Ofgem ducks the thorny question of environmental claims made by companies buying green electricity, and has yet to decide whether the guidelines should cover green tariffs sold to businesses.
