Agency ‘disappointed’ by £500 fines in fridge mountain case

The Environment Agency expressed its "disappointment" after the director and company secretary of the "notorious" fridge storage firm Britannia Import Export were each fined only £500 in April for failing to ensure that one of its sites was secure.
