Newspapers hit recycling target two years early

The average recycled content of newspapers leapt from 68.6% to 75.5% last year - easily exceeding publishers' target of 70% by the end of 2006. Meanwhile, the Government and the Periodical Publishers Association are discussing targets for the collection of magazines.
