Rhodia pays £50,000 for 'devastating' acid leak

Rhodia Organique Fine has been fined £10,000 for a spill of hydrofluoric acid which turned a pond and river into an acid bath and decimated wildlife. The spill cost the company a further £40,000 to clean up.
