Carbon Trust sparks row over micro-CHP

Field trials of domestic combined heat and power (CHP) units appear to show disappointing reductions in carbon savings, according to an interim report by the Carbon Trust.1 But supporters of the technology are angry at the conclusions, and claim they are based on inadequate data and dubious analysis.
