London leads the way on decentralised energy and hydrogen vehicles
London could reduce CO2 emissions by 28% by 2025 through decentralised power generation, according to a report for Mayor Ken Livingstone.1 The capital also plans to invest in 70 hydrogen fuel vehicles.
