Lukewarm response to microgeneration strategy
It is "too early" in the development of markets for microgeneration to set targets, the government's microgeneration strategy says.1 The strategy, which draws together initiatives such as the £80 million low-carbon buildings programme, has met with an unenthusiastic response from industry.
