Skip hire firm dumps hypodermic needles

Skip hire firm Peak Waste Recycling was fined £7,500 with £750 costs by Derby magistrates on 20 April for dumping waste containing hypodermic needles and asbestos, contrary to section 33(1)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
