MEPs have formally adopted three legislative reports on classifying, labelling and packing (CLP) substances and mixtures. The speedy first-reading agreement marks the last legislative element in the EU’s overhauled REACH. The legislative reports, including a new CLP Regulation, follow a deal between MEPs and parliament in the summer. It will enter into force once ministers rubber stamp it.
