Premiere Environmental, a Wiltshire-based chemical waste treatment firm, has clocked up two more convictions in cases brought by the Environment Agency and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). It has also lost an appeal against the Agency's decision last year to suspend the licence for its solidification plant.
