Anglian awaits sentence over untreated drinking water error

 

Anglian Water appeared in court twice in January to plead guilty to charges of supplying water unfit for human consumption. It was fined £10,000 for supplying discoloured water in Essex, but faces a tougher penalty for a more serious incident which posed a real threat to public health.
