Chemicals sector's first brushes with contaminated land regime

Bayer CropScience became the latest chemicals site to fall under the contaminated land regime in May, when South Cambridgeshire served a determination notice relating to its Hauxton works. Dow and Rhodia are among other chemicals businesses with sites now being regulated under the regime.
