Agency tells firm to remedy failures in certified EMS

The Environment Agency has ordered a chemicals manufacturer to address shortfalls in its environmental management system - which is certified to the ISO14001 standard - following a series of incidents. The site, operated by Zeon Chemicals, is the second certified by BSI to have come under scrutiny for poor management.
