DEFRA 'hung out to dry' on plans for growth in new housing

MPs on the House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee have accused the Treasury of "marching past" the Environment Department (DEFRA) in developing Britain's housing policy. The Committee also accused the recent Barker review of housing supply of being "environmentally naive".
