Geothermal energy for Welsh centre
A borehole of up to 125 metres is being dug to provide the new Environment Centre for Wales with geothermal energy for heating and cooling. The centre will house the Natural Environment Research Council's Centre for Ecology and Hydrology and part of the University of Wales, Bangor.
