MEPs, Member States work on REACH practicability
MEPs have begun detailed discussion of potential amendments to the European Commission’s proposal for a Regulation on the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals (REACH). Member State experts, meanwhile, have focused on the rights and responsibilities of suppliers and downstream users.
