Regulations stop 9,000 crypto cases each year

A research study commissioned by the Drinking Water Inspectorate has found that regulations imposed on water companies in 2000 to limit the risks of contamination with the stomach bug cryptosporidium have prevented over 9,000 cases of infection per year.1
