Row over "green" detergents

Reckitt & Coleman is claiming that sales of its "Down to Earth" detergents have increased at the expense of its main rival Ecover as competition for supermarket shelf space has intensified. Ecover disputes the claim - and in a counter-attack has accused Reckitt & Coleman of breeding cynicism among consumers about green detergents.
