Climate Bill target too low, says Turner

It is "highly likely" that the Committee on Climate Change will decide that a 60% reduction target for carbon dioxide emissions is not enough, its chairman Lord Turner told MPs. Meanwhile, the Climate Change Bill was amended to require public firms to report greenhouse gas emissions data in a standard format.
