Bisphenol A stays in the body longer, study finds

The oestrogenic plastics ingredient bisphenol A is more persistent in the body than previously believed, scientists have found. The findings suggest that either unknown sources of non-food exposure exist or there is more to learn about how the compound is metabolised.
