Important rulings on nuisance law in London Docklands case

Several important new principles concerning the scope of contemporary nuisance law have been made by the Court of Appeal in the long-running London Docklands nuisance case. In particular, its judgment has departed from the long-established principle that anyone wishing to bring a nuisance action must have a legal interest in the property affected by the nuisance.
