Costly clean-up as tanker crash forces NRA to divert stream

A month-long clean-up operation costing several hundred thousand pounds has been carried out after a crash involving two chemical tankers spilled nitrobenzene and diesel into a stream near Middlesbrough. The National Rivers Authority says that its main concern will be to recover its costs - but it may seek a prosecution.
