Royal Commission puts soil on the map

The Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution (RCEP) has urged the Government to give soils as much protection in its environmental policies as air and water. The report also contains recommendations on waste disposal to land, landfills and mapping and monitoring of the soil resource.1
