RCEP invites evidence for study on planning
The Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution (RCEP) is inviting evidence for its new inquiry on planning - and asking whether "root and branch reform" of the UK's environmental planning regimes is needed to deliver sustainability. The Commission has also come through its latest quinquennial review - but some awkward questions have been asked about its visibility and effectiveness.
