RAC seeks fuel duty "green fund" while AA study links high prices to fuel efficiency

Greenpeace and the RAC have jointly proposed a new "green fuels" fund as an alternative to cuts in fuel duty, 1 while a new report from the AA has confirmed that sustained high fuel prices will bring cuts in consumption.
