DTI report urges kick-start for energy services
The provision of energy efficiency services to householders as part of energy services packages is being hindered by regulation, poor marketing and consumer resistance, according to a report for the Department of Trade and Industry.1 But draft DTI guidance gives only weak prompts to the energy regulator Ofgem to boost energy services.
