Innogy moves into sulphur trading

Electricity generator Innogy is setting up in-house trading in sulphur dioxide emissions to optimise the operation of its coal- and oil-fired power stations. Meanwhile the Environment Agency is developing plans for a wider trading scheme in nitrogen oxides and, potentially, sulphur dioxide.
