Ofgem and Ministers accused of "buck-passing" on renewables

The prospect of early reforms to the new electricity trading arrangements (NETA) to help smaller generators is receding, according to evidence given to the House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee. Energy Minister Brian Wilson suggested that draft environmental guidance to energy regulator Ofgem needs to be beefed up.
