Question-marks over enforcement of drinking water quality

As the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) published its latest annual report in July, its Chief Inspector, Mike Healey, announced his retirement. He leaves the DWI facing serious questions about whether it is able to police drinking water quality effectively.
