Oxford’s bus jam brings NO2 headache

Since the early 1990s, Oxford City Council has made giant steps in encouraging people out of cars and onto buses. Now, around half of all motorised visits to the city centre are made by bus. This shift was achieved by an aggressive transport strategy, justified largely by environmental benefits - including better air quality.
