Former waste business owner jailed for failing to clear site

A man who failed to clear land after being prosecuted for a series of waste crimes in Cornwall has been jailed for 40 days

The owner of a former Cornish waste company has been sent to prison for failing to clear land from a site he was running illegally.

David and Donna Shrigley had been the directors of DRS Demolition National at Domellick Manor in St Dennis before the firm went into liquidation.
