Clark holds up hydraulic fracturing consent while company files accounts

Failure to file financial accounts with Companies House on time have resulted in a delay in consent for fracking operations for Third Energy UK Gas Ltd

Consent to commence hydraulic fracturing operations at Kirby Misperton, North Yorkshire have been delayed until the company behind the drilling operations produces up-to-date financial documents.

The hydraulic fracture plan for the well site was approved by the Environment Agency (EA) in October.
