Two farmers have lost a legal case against the Environment Agency after arguing that allowing their land to flood was a breach of their human rights

A judge has dismissed a case taken by landowners in Gloucestershire who claimed the Environment Agency breached their human rights by allowing land to flood to protect urban areas when a local river burst its banks.
