The refashioned ‘definition of waste panel’ is likely to reopen in April and will include an upfront administration fee of £750, ENDS has learned.

Details of the new panel emerged after a meeting between the Environmental Services Association (ESA) and the Environment Agency (EA) held on 13 February.
