EU ETS fine of nearly £500,000 levied against UK’s largest dissolved printing company while hospitals in Scotland are penalised in opt-out scheme

Hospitals, chemical companies and a university court in Scotland have been fined more than £80,000 for breaching their carbon trading exemptions.

Although issued by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency in 2016, they are not published by the agency.
