Former director of energy for Scotland to take up committee post

Government advisory body the Committee on Climate Change (CCC) has appointed a new chief executive.

Chris Stark will take over the role from April, leaving his position as the director of energy and climate change within the Scottish government.

The post was held previously by Matthew Bell and currently managed by Adrian Gault at the CCC.
