Keep REACH and BREF involvement after Brexit, chemicals industry demands

The Chemical Industries Association (CIA) has set out its priorities for Brexit, seeking to maintain regulatory consistency, smooth trade with the EU and access to cost-effective energy. But it also sees an opportunity to slacken controls on pollution from the sector.
