Environment sector salary rises fail to eliminate gender pay gap

Survey suggests average pay increases for environmental professionals but men still dominate senior leadership roles

Two-thirds of environmental consultants who are members of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) got a pay rise in 2017/18, but only 29% of self-employed members reported an increase in earnings.
