Don’t dock farm subsidy for raptor persecution, says High Court

A Norfolk estate has won an appeal after the government slashed its subsidy payment due to an employee poisoning birds of prey

The High Court has found that a north Norfolk estate should not have its agricultural subsidy reduced after a worker poisoned birds of prey.

Mrs Justice May made the ruling on 6 March, following a hearing on 19 December.
