The Scottish Planning Bill must do more for the environment

The Scottish planning bill does not deliver for the environment or communities, according to a group of green NGOs.

Scottish Environment LINK, a forum for Scotland's environment NGOs including Friends of the Earth Scotland, Buglife and the Marine Conservation Society set out the issues they want the bill to address in a briefing published on 13 March.
