Flood forecast model performance varies across England and Wales

The performance of local flood forecasting models across England and Wales varies between regions, according to the Environment Agency (EA) and Natural Resources Wales (NRW).

The findings were set out in the EA and NRW’s first-ever study of national and local flood forecasting performance, published on 16 March.
