The Environment Agency has extended a consultation on Drax’s Power’s plans to build a gas-fired power station for the second time.

Consultation on the draft permit for the Millbrook Power plant opened on 16 January, with the deadline for comments extended on 9 February. On 16 March, it was put back again, to the end of the month, apparently because the local parish council had not been notified in time for it to comment.
