Glasgow mulls congestion charge as LEZ plan approved

Scotland’s first low-emission zone will be in force in Glasgow from the end of the year, although it will not be fully operational for years.

The city council’s Environment, Sustainability and Carbon Reduction City Policy Committee approved the plan on 20 March.
