Natural England confirms new charges to tackle wildlife licence delays

Regulator Natural England has confirmed that it intends to push ahead with the introduction of charges for its wildlife licensing service but has agreed to cut charges for survey licences in response to concerns that the proposed fees would create a significant cost for consultants
