Big haul for SEPA with £49,000 fine against two waste companies
Two related waste companies were fined a total of £49,000 following successful prosecutions brought by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), raising the total fines from waste crime prosecutions in the past 12 months in Scotland to £120,000.
